These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dataiso website https://www.dataiso.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Website.

Furthermore, Dataiso’s trademarks include, but are not limited to:

  • The “d” logo.

Additionally, all other trademarks belong to their respective owners and require their permission for use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Therefore, any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

Dataiso is a company delivering services globally. As a result, we are committed to complying with all applicable data protection regulations, including the French Data Protection Act—enforced by the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés)—as well as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other relevant data privacy laws worldwide.
